At Jolica Jewels, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. We are pleased to accept returns on unworn items in pristine condition within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges or merchandise credit may be issued within 30 days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Cash purchases will be refunded by mailed check within 14 days. Gifted items accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged for merchandise credit.

Please note that deposits on bespoke and special orders are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, we are unable to offer complimentary return shipping on international orders, and all customs and duties must be paid in full before a return authorization can be issued.
